MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

There was a time when humans wiped out all magical creatures. Except one. Koichi Uehara is a student who lives in the suburbs of Tokyo. One day picks up a stone which happens to be an infant carhogar " Kappa " who has been living underground for the past 300 years and decides to call it " Coo ". Koichi and Coo will make great friends and family begin to live. However, Coo fails to adapt to the lifestyle of Tokyo and starts to miss his family. On a hot summer day, Koichi and Coo decide to embark on an adventurous search for the parents of the latter.
