MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

When Cloud and his class come to a small island for beach activities, hear a legend of an old man who lived on the island. The legend says that one known as " Sea Spider " lives in the open sea around the island. When the child reaches two hundred years, will become a monster and human deborará to satiate your appetite.
