MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

Edith is a Jewish teenager deported to a death camp, where he loses his family. She saves it accepts to play the role of Kapo, privileged prisoner whose mission is to monitor the other prisoners. Edith will adapt to the brutal and merciless ways of his jailers until he falls for a Soviet prisoner.
