MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Blessing Bell follows in the footsteps of a man who might be the luckiest unlucky person in the world. A factory closes Igarashi unemployed leaving on his first day of work. Later in the day, he is arrested for murder. In prison she meets a man who talks to his dead wife. And so, seems to be no end to the adventures of Igarashi. But in each of the incidents, Igarashi kept an expressionless face, like a Buster Keaton Japanese. And the irony of the indifference of the main character, while addressing these unexpected events, seems to suggest Sabu way of looking at life with humor and wry observation.
