MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

Paris, 1912. Jules and Jim are artists and close friends. Both are in love with Catherine, who eventually marries Jules. The war separated the trio and, at the end of the conflict, Jim meets with the couple in Germany. The three regains love life, but is extinguished with the death of Jim and Catherine returning from a drive.
