MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

Vince Everett is a teenager who was sent to prison for accidentally killing a man in a dispute canteen. In prison is dedicated to singing and, when granted parole and a beautiful woman gives her a chance at the world record, leverage their talents to shake up your life. Vince starts and a rough road trying to succeed music and film.
