MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

Michael Hamilton, a stuffy Philadelphia attorney, has to travel to Italy to take charge of the estate of her brother. Upon arrival feel very annoyed by the loud and spontaneous Capri nightlife. But expect a bigger surprise: his late brother has left a living legacy: Nando, your 10 ten years ago, a child of a rebel and heavy smoker. And to top it off, you have to face a real battle for custody of the boy's aunt against a nightclub singer who dreams of becoming a movie star.
