MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

A rare epidemic is spreading at an alarming rate. Whitefield Industries, a leading distributor of food and water, is working to slow its advance, spreading organic food and pure water. Journalists Ben Wallace Mosher and Lisa try to find out who is behind what they consider a conspiracy. Ben is the editor section of the Boston Daily paranormal, which deals with alien sightings and conspiracy theories. He and his partner Lisa Wallace looking for a story that fits your ambitions. Finally, get a big scoop when the mayor is assassinated, and the murderer is entrusted to Ben. It is a water department employee who thinks that the origin of the plague is in the water supply of the city. Before being killed by police, gives Ben a blood sample mayor to be analyzed.
