MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

In Paris, multiply the murders of several young people who are without a drop of blood in the body. The city sowing panic on rumors about the arrival of vampires who seem to be responsible for the events. The journalist Pierre Lantin decides to investigate on his own, hiding from the police, and discover the enigmatic figure of the beautiful Countess teen Giselle du Grand.
