MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1958 film?

Captain Giakoumis making the big decision to leave the sea and live in peace with his wife and his adopted son, Andreas, who is about to take the exams to become captain. However, a terrible secret burden her soul. He has a daughter, Agni, who had years ago when he had an affair with Mary, a prostitute Troumpa. Mary, before his death, expressed the wish that his daughter Giakoumis recognized. He, however, refused, and finished not convinced that it was actually his daughter, he never could have children with his wife. Agni prostitute ended up becoming just like his mom. To avenge his father, he began an affair with his half brother.
