MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

A convicted murderer is escorted by sheriffs on a scheduled flight from Phoenix to Dallas. Shortly after takeoff, two of his assistants in addition traveling as ordinary passengers, take control of the flight and also release. He demands $ 20 million in bonds on landing. And a sick passenger, bad weather or mechanical problems do not stop. This film is a prequel of Hijacked (2012).
