MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1940 film?

Based on the play by Michel Duran, is a romantic drama that gives a twist to Ninotchka. The action takes place in Paris when a Communist Party member tries to assassinate a millionaire. Hiding from the police, goes to the apartment inhabited by the former wife of the victim. Once there, the Communist arguments about class equality and hypocrisy of big business are convincing the lady, to the point of just giving the reason and falling for him.
