MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

HIGH -KICK GIRL chronicles account Kei, a girl of 17 who was born with exceptional athletic abilities and decides to enter the Matsumura karate dojo. In the dojo, the girl quickly overcomes men with more experience, but despite its high level, the sensei Matsumura not give the last respect karateka, red belt, because Kei just want to use karate to hurt the people. For this reason Kei decides to leave the dojo and join a gang to use their skills and earn money. All goes well until he finds that the boss of the gang wants to end the dojo Matsumura.
