MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1962 film?

The story is set at the turn of XIX- XX century in France, redominantemente in Paris. However, begins on a farm in Provence where the lovely Mewsette cat is bored with her suitor. Inspired by the Chronicles of glamor and sophistication of Paris, Mewsette escapes to the big city, where he discovers the con Meowrice business. Taking advantage of the naivety of the cat, puts the care of the subtle Madame Reubens - Chatte, who promises to turn into an exquisite Mewsette debutante. Mewsette Meowrice is promising without her knowing with a rich American cat Pittsburgh, known as "Dr. Phtt ". Meanwhile, Jaune Tom and Robespierre buddy come to Paris looking for Mewsette.
