MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Johnny Rochetti has achieved his life's dream: owning a club in Las Vegas. The ? ? State Street ? ? works even better and, finally granted the casino license to become. Until one night, Johnny kills in self-defense to a human being who was not behaving properly. He was a leader of a Colombian drug clan. Shortly thereafter, Johnny receives the threat: he and his family condemned to death.
