MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1938 film?

The action takes place in a town full Polish border in WWI. Poland did not exist as a country and is divided into three parts among Russians, Germans and Austrians. In a rural Polish German troops and then try to steal the bell Russian, Germans for their artistic value and the Russians to melt and manufacture bullets. A team of young Poles, hide the beautiful bell in the bottom of the lake so that even the most minimally invasive to steal. With this act heroic and patriotic resistance will emerge the first invader.
