MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Connor Strong is a poor boy of 14 who lives with her grandmother and falls for a horse for sale, Flash. The boy's father, a merchant seaman, he can not afford to buy the animal so Connor gets a job to buy it. However, the poor economic situation of the family will be forced to sell and eventually fall into the hands of an unscrupulous coach.
