MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1963 film?

In the newly annexed California Yankee officials, led by Governor Parker, discriminate and try to strip the local Hispanic population. Echagiie Caesar, who belongs to an ancient family of ranchers, pretending to be a coward dandy, but actually fight against injustice under the secret identity of the Coyote. The alleged Caesar pusillanimous attitude shames his fiancée, Leonor, until Coyote saves her from a plot of the evil Parker and reveals his true identity.
