MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

In his early childhood, the child P. Tinto has a revelation: his purpose in life should be abundant procreation of offspring. He dreams of a bunch of kids that grow around her healthy and strong. Fifteen years later, P. Tinto and Olivia, a woman blind and stingy, form an isolated house in a valley through which only happens every twenty five years, the Express North Pendulum. The P. Tinto excited await the arrival of the children, but years pass and nobody shows. Fifty years later, two Martians, who have been damaged the UFO, arrive, and P. Tinto think it is their children. These two Martians decide to stay at home where they have secured food and shelter. At the same time, in place Usillos appears an odd jobs with the excuse to fix a tile starts cautilizar havoc, while hunting is obsessed with Martians.
