MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

For his misconduct, a captain is put in charge of an old diesel submarine ( the USS Stingray ) and sent to face a nuclear submarine. Its crew consists of a group of renegade marine, and even features a girl on campus.
