MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

San Francisco, 1999. A spaceship shaped phone booth and it crashes comes the Doctor, an alien time traveler carrying his homeworld the remains of his nemesis, the Master. But the essence of love is not dead at all, and now plans to do with the body of the Doctor and his time machine. Now the Doctor must fight against their most deadly enemy to save his body, his ship and the world in the early twenty-first century.
