MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

A bank robber, Clay Shelton, is sentenced to death for the murder of one of the police officers who arrested him. Moments before he was hanged, prophesied that all who had some connection with his death are in turn executed by him who calls " The arm of the gallows ." Nobody takes him seriously, however soon after many fatal accidents occur, and perish the prosecutor who accused him, the judge who convicted him and executed him executioner. Witnesses indicate the presence of a stranger with his hand raised in a claw, Shelton exactly as predicted. Others claim to have recognized the same Shelton. Is it his ghost or a double? As panic spreads among the rest of the survivors, the inspector Long is confident that the deaths have a rational and supernatural origin, and to ensure Shelton opens the tomb.
