MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Buenos Aires, 50. Elijah is a budding writer trying to gain experience and knowledge of life in the harbor, between prostitutes, sailors and gangsters. Buenos Aires lives the months before the death of Evita. Elias began working as a translator of the letters sent to customers and young lovers a brothel. There is Anabel lover, but at the same time, retains its relationship with Susan, a girl from the upper class.
