MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1959 film?

A criminal gang has terrorized the city of London with their crimes: felony after each signal left as the mark of a frog, and his enigmatic boss identity hidden under a grotesque costume, which highlights terrifying eyes. The inspector Elk, case manager, faces an intractable problem: no useful clues, and potential witnesses are silent for fear of dying. Richard Gordon, nephew of the head of Scotland Yard, begins his own investigation, and his investigations lead him to a nightclub, the " Lolita ". Several suspicious characters cross his path.
