MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Bonzo Denchu load behind a strange anomaly in the form of laser light beam. That rarity makes it a special, the weird kid who is also his school harassed, humiliated and despised. One day escapes a beating by a fellow named Momo. That same day, Denchu , which not only carries a gun behind it also has a time machine, he decides he's finally time to travel to the future: a leap forward twenty five years and a world governed by vampires that have darkened the sky in perpetual night. Also Momo, now a grown woman. Denchu future is in that darkness the only light source capable of rescuing the world.
