MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

A Luffy and company were stolen your boat. When they discover that pirates were Bear King, they take hostage Nami. The crew is preparing to go to Clockword Island to retrieve his boat and Nami. The hardest thing is to get to the island, this is suspended in the air by a mechanism similar to a watch. Second film in the series One Piece.
