MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Light Yagami finds the 'Death Note,' a notebook because of the capacity to destroy, and decides to produce a Utopia by killing the entire world's criminals, and quickly the entire world's greatest detective, 'L,' is employed to get the mystical murderer.
