MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Tim, Chris and Rand are roommates in a college dorm, and are not too close. To improve their grades nothing brilliant course last semester, Chris and Tim are turning to a little-known clause in the statutes of the university: when a student commits suicide, his roommates receive a pass to help them overcome the pain. They decide to kill Rand and make it look like suicide. Following the "suicide" of Rand, his girlfriend Natalie takes her own life, too. She was Emma's roommate's girlfriend Chris. Who's kidding who ?
