MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

In a village in South Wales, Frazer Truick journalist sets out to investigate the death, under mysterious circumstances, the brother of a mate. Frazer's inquiries lead him to relate the case to a mysterious religious cult led by David Keller, a powerful politician and businessman. This ultranationalist political corporation advocates a return to the archaic roots. Evidence Keller condemnations seem clear, but what does not suspect is that the corporation Frazer includes druidic worship, pagan rituals and human sacrifice.
