MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Jack Kane, a detective of unconventional Houston, follows in the footsteps of a band of smugglers, known as ' The Whites ', responsible for the theft of a consignment of heroin from a police station and later explosion LMAs it. Shortly thereafter, some of the band members are dead, with cuts in the neck produced by a gun individualize unattainable. Drug, there is no trace. The FBI enters case Kane and assigned a new partner, Laurence Smith, with huge differences quemantiene. New deaths are repeated in the town, all produced by heroin overdose, apparently heading missing, and the bodies found show strange wounds on the forehead. Kane and Smith suspect facing something unknown. This film is a prequel of Dark Angel: The Ascent (1994).
