MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1957 film?

Imaginary adventures of teenage Louis XVII, son of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, in the period immediately following the French Revolution, when revolutionary fear drove him into exile abroad before coming to his youth. Actually died in Paris of the Temple prison at the tender age of ten. The story begins in 1975 when a balloon descends into a Welsh island. In your cart there is a boy unscathed. Virginia Trail, a young American visiting the island, picks it up and takes him to the castle of her aunt Lady Lydia Fell. Nobody knows who he is but soon word gets out that this is the son of the guillotined French monarchs. The handsome Duke Philippe de Beauvais is presented to take charge of their education sent by the royalists. But the revolution spies lurking in addition to murder.
