MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Any chef worth his salt dreams of owning the same talent as the greatest culinary genius of France, Luois Boyer, but only someone as bold as Loren Collins could dream of sharing cookers with him. In principle their dream has all the points to remain just that: a dream. First because he has not studied in any school "fine" kitchen and second because he works for the U.S. Army. UU., Third because it comes from a family dedicated to pizza business and finally, just because a U.S. citizen. But after a dispute with an army officer, Loren decides to carry out his dream and, without money in his pocket, he left France.
