MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

The Nohara family just won in a raffle a trip a week to the Kingdom of ass, a tropical island paradise apparently, which by the way no one has heard. What Nohara ignore is that is that they have been victims of an intrigue by the Army White Snake. These holidays are but a trap so that the evil Count and his henchmen Anaconda achieve gain a treasure of incalculable value. His intention is to use Shin chan as the key that will lead them to their goals. Turns out Shinnosuke is just like the prince of the kingdom of ass Sunnokeshi this lost civilization and the jungle is believed that two children are alike are predestined to open the door of the underground palace which houses the absolute power. What the White Snake Army Shin chan know is that it is an easy piece to control and no chronic or magic tricks that can withstand their unpredictable nature.
