MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Among children's fashion collection of Ultrahéroe stickers. Chromium # 99 is very hard to find, they call '' ghost '' chrome. Shin Chan enters with his mother in a very old store and buy a box that is certainly precisely chrome # 99. It shines bright golden color. It's summer and the Nohara family goes on a trip to the beach, however on the other hand is jammed and decide to take an alternative route that leads them to a deserted beach, where there is a large statue of Ultrahéroe. The figure turns out to be an amusement park but there are only the Nohara. These Mount in what they believe is a simulator, but driven by chromium 99, are transported to a parallel dimension, it appears the actual planet where Shin Chan becomes a superhero with a mission to stop an alien invasion that claim dress all human woman swimsuit.
