MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1967 film?

A criminal organization led by a man named Elektra has discovered a serum capable of unleashing the aggressiveness of anyone that you supply. Aware of the news, Soviet and American governments decide to join forces to stop a dangerous threat, as they suspect that the formula can be sold to a third power Elektra. To this end, contact a German scientist who found an antidote to the drug. However, the date agreed for delivery of the potion the scientist is assassinated by Elektra men, while their invention just in the hands of a burglar who believes stealing a valuable cargo of jewels. From that moment, the thief will be relentlessly pursued by agents of the CIA, the KGB and Elektra.
