MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Circleen is a cardboard figurine sleeping in a box of matches on the drawing board of its creator. One day, the little elf decides to move to the city with friends and Fredrik Ingolf. There you will find a Sisse, a mouse who knows all the secrets urban and lives on a boat moored in the harbor with his grandfather and his younger brother, Viktor. And also Hassan, a mouse Turkish, and his family. Sisse Copenhagen will show his new friends, crossing it in skate, a motorcycle, in a toy airplane and train. But the city has its dangers, especially under the sewers. This film is a prequel of Cirkeline 2: Ost og kærlighed (2000).
