MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2015 film?

A portable nuclear device, DC8, was stolen from South Korea by a ruthless criminal (Chang Chen) and his accomplice (Janice Man). Due to the fact weapon changes hands in Hong Kong, Lee (Nick Cheung) through the territory's countertop Terrorism Response Unit creates a task force, which includes police Fan (Shawn Yue), to deal with the crisis. He enlists physics teacher Siu (Jacky Cheung) as an adviser and has now to work with South Korean tool professionals Choi (Ji Jin Hee) and Pok (Choi Si Won). Despite their efforts, the evasive criminal mastermind, Helios, is often one step ahead of Lee.
