MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

Eddie Constantine plays the captain of a ship belonging to the navy of a small kingdom that targets the country's consulate in Monte Carlo, complaining that he and his crew have received their salary in months. The Queen, who travels incognito, learns that the captain has stolen and sold her jewelry to try to pay wages. Ignoring the true identity of the Queen, the captain accompanying the tables to win a huge sum first and then lose it all in one hand. Again, no means to please his crew, the captain threatens to fire on the casino if it is refunded his fortune. At this point, the Queen reveals his identity and dismisses from office the captain who left the ship followed closely by the Queen, who is completely in love with him.
