MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

John Keller is a kumite champion and an honest cop. But one day he becomes involved in the murder of two of his peers and sentenced to death. In prison he will be involved in heavy fighting organized by the warden and his guards. But that is only the tip of the iceberg. The warden takes prisoners after their execution simulated, to a hidden place for the last kumite, a tournament of death prepared by the remarkable Justin Caesar. This is a sequel of Bloodsport (1988), but it was produced and filmed before.
