MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

For years, Blade has fought against the vampires without the world knew what was happening in the underworld. But now, after falling prey to the FBI, he is forced to come to light, to join forces with a clan of human vampire hunters he never knew existed, the Nightstalkers. Together they follow the trail of an ancient creature that is stalking. This movie is part of the Blade saga (1998, 2002, 2004).
