MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

A Mexican filmmaker named Pacheco, traveling with his first piece cinematográgica, " Welcome, Welcome", its first Latin American film festival, and accompanied by the lead actress played by Lourdes Elizarrarás. But the situation is not easy, because suddenly appearing obstacles, the film is spoken in English and the copy comes with subtitles in Spanish. The subtitles are not due to a failure of projection, largely steals, part of the photograph box tape. The reaction of the participants, press and jury was swift, and all severely criticize the filmmaker, who also naive spontaneously goes unnoticed most of the errors. This is a sequel of Bienvenido-Welcome (1995), but it was produced and filmed before.
