MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Peppino, a human being honest and naive, a librarian and very fond of stories and trout fishing. He lives in a mountain village and dreams of a better future for her only son. While in Rome the right, left and center must appoint the new president. The choice is Giuseppe Garibaldi, Italian patriot and leader deceased, whose full name has been inherited for at least five Italians. Peppino is one of them and will be elected, but is committed to resign. However, at the time of his speech in the House, Peppino Garibaldi realizes it has in its hands the opportunity to finally change their country.
