MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1951 film?

Finished the Civil War, a group of rebels known as Quantell men, and which includes legendary outlaws like Brother James and the Younger Brothers, are showing belligerents. Jeff Clanton, Mayor of Union army, convince them to stop fighting and swear the Constitution. But Matthew Fowler, head of a detective agency, not willing to let them escape.
