MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Jake Hopper knows that his daughter Jessica and her friend Sarah have been kidnapped while they were with their backpacks for South Asia. When an old friend from his days in the Secret Service tape brings you request redemption, Hopper knows he must take action on the matter. As the U.S. government believes that it is a Muslim fundamentalist group, Hopper flies to Bangkok to use his old contacts and try to protect the safety of the girls. The quest to find out what happened to the planet leads him sordid and criminal underworld of Thai mafia. Finally, with the help of an old friend manages to keep track of all alleged to have taken Jessica. His search leads him to the heart of a bitter struggle between a corrupt Thai general and Abu Karaf, a group of arms dealers. As Jake is clearing the various levels of the plot, he discovers that the CIA is being manipulated and her daughter is in the middle of it.
