MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Toshin The last tournament ended a year ago with no winner. For a year the fencing master Eiji Shinjo has been haunted by the memory of the fight with the champion Gaia, a match that was interrupted by the forces of evil syndicate known as " the corporation". With the victory denied, Eiji left the tournament while opponents laugh at him. For more sorrow, Eiji fails to advance in the search for his long lost brother, Sho. But now a strange warrior is looking for previous winners of championships and using special moves of each against themselves - and it seems that that person could be Sho. Eiji and Kayin ? ? your best partner and best rival? ? attempt to unravel the mystery that is presented to them. The answer lies in the organization and in their plans for world domination. At the end of the last battle between the greatest fighters in the world will take place, but if Eiji loses, his friends will die.
