MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

It is the story of young filmmakers who accidentally shooting a crime of passion committed by a known industrialist. The deceased happens to be the wife of a member of the employer, who is blackmailed by young people in exchange for higher wages for its workers. The industrialist organized a paramilitary group to find them while the family was a kidnapping complaint.
