MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Mike Torello is a police commander belonging to the criminology unit of the city of Chicago. A new generation fighting in the streets of Chicago to take control of organized murder. Mick Torello and his squad will declare war. Ray Luca, the ringleader of the group, is a gangster who robs, kills and achieved by force up positions in the union, but in his way he crosses Mick Torello.
