MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

The powerful German banking absorbs Provident Bank, a modest Spanish bank. Otto Schultz, the CEO arrogant German bank, considered ineffective the old methods of Spanish employees and plans to replace them with young shark experts on the latest business techniques. Neither years of service or personal dramas soften it. One morning comes to the office and early retirement to all, including the principal, leaving them with a ridiculous pension. The desolation is general, only Galindo, a cashier something depraved, reacts with euphoria at the news. And it has had an idea: use the time they have left to break the bank from within. Eve will know that a huge amount of euros to meet the conversion the next day, and his plan is to steal them at night. His companions, at first reluctant, but, trapped by poverty, are added to the plan. A crazy series of meetings that highlight the ineptitude of everyone. But it happens something that did not count.
