MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

In the summer of 1952, the conflict in the Korean War changed the life of a small town. Two friends, Sung Min and Chang Hee, have fun spying on the meetings of the American soldiers with the women of the area in an abandoned mill, until the day I also discovered that one of these women is the mother of one of them. The next day the mill burns completely and after a few days find the corpse of a young man.
