MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1947 film?

Rosemarie is still too young to run his farm but she is aware that her adoptive father and manager of the farm, Mr. Schlieker, is being done with the benefit of the estate. To end the wiles of Schlieker, Rosemarie asks for help from his sponsor, Professor Kittgus. But when faced Schlieker Kittgus and the farmer proves not only unreasonable, but also violent. Rosemarie Kittgus leads to a cabin in the woods, where he meets Dr. Wolters. While Schlieker intrigue against Rosemarie and Kittgus, she lovingly cares for the farmer's wife, who is pregnant. When Mrs. Schlieker going to the town to visit the doctor, her husband returns home and thinks his wife has left him with the help of Rosemarie. Enraged, he sets fire to the farm Rosemarie for revenge.
